I am a senior backend engineer and systems architect with 20+ years of experience in mission-critical e-commerce. My background spans the full spectrum of solutions, from on-premise environments using Oracle and SAN storage to cloud-native platforms on AWS.
As a co-founder of Lensway and Footway, I designed, built, and maintained core systems for inventory management, order and logistics flows, ERP, and customer invoicing. These platforms have reliably managed high transaction volumes over many years.
Today, through Ofenböck Consulting AB, I work as a senior backend/Java developer, solution architect, and advisor in automation, data, and AI. I focus on building robust systems, designing scalable workflows, and reducing manual effort across the business.

- Led implementation of the Magento e-commerce platform integrated with Microsoft CRM via a custom Java back-office system, live since 2011 processing all company orders.
- Designed and developed an internal product registry as the master data source, integrated with finance, warehouse, and e-commerce systems.
- Built a cached product search system on OpenSearch with live updates, high-traffic support, and A/B testing of product ranking to optimize conversion and margin.
- Designed an internal invoicing system integrated with Fortnox for the company's Operations as a Service initiative.
- Contributed to a corporate merger, several acquisitions, and multiple warehouse operations transitions.

- Developed the company's first e-commerce website for selling contact lenses, including databases and email servers.
- Designed and built a customer service support system in Oracle Forms.
- Managed monitoring of computer systems and infrastructure, with automated OS and software installations for Windows and Linux.
